Let me start off by saying I’m legally blind, and I only had a 2 mile radius with not that much money to spend. Richard help me all along the way from giving me a ride to look at the houses and was never in patient. He said you have to like the house then after a while, we found a condo. Well, really Richard found a condo for me. He never not answered my phone calls. He was always there for me even at the closing. He helped me even finding a person to put floors in and to buy insurance if I would ever do it again I would have Richard help me if anyone. needs to find a house or a condo Richards able to do it

Richard saved my condo. There was a big problem at the bank and Richard gave me great advise and knew the right people to help me find financing. Richard also worked diligently with the Seller to get the condo ready in time. I thought everything would fall apart right at the end, but Richard calmly and professionally made it happen. I was very lucky to be working with such a great realtor and I love my new condo.

I would describe Richard as a consummate professional. We had a difficult search due to three must-haves that were difficult to find all in one place, but he diligently set about getting me what I wanted and needed. Even when we seemed to be at the finish line, only to find ourselves back at square one twice, he was unwavered, and had a stick-to-itveness that led to me finding a nice condo that checked all the boxes. Along the way, he never lost his patience (despite the setbacks and the extra hours involved in the search), was easily accessible to talk about whatever was on my mind, and had a friendly, no nonsense, can do attitude. So, I highly recommend Richard to meet your real estate needs, whatever they may be.
