I would describe Richard as a consummate professional. We had a difficult search due to three must-haves that were difficult to find all in one place, but he diligently set about getting me what I wanted and needed. Even when we seemed to be at the finish line, only to find ourselves back at square one twice, he was unwavered, and had a stick-to-itveness that led to me finding a nice condo that checked all the boxes. Along the way, he never lost his patience (despite the setbacks and the extra hours involved in the search), was easily accessible to talk about whatever was on my mind, and had a friendly, no nonsense, can do attitude. So, I highly recommend Richard to meet your real estate needs, whatever they may be.

Richard saved my condo. There was a big problem at the bank and Richard gave me great advise and knew the right people to help me find financing. Richard also worked diligently with the Seller to get the condo ready in time. I thought everything would fall apart right at the end, but Richard calmly and professionally made it happen.
